With the invitation of the psychologist David Guedes and the support of the Order of Psychologists (Regional Delegation of the South) we present this work divided into two parts that can be used independently. The first book tells the discovery of the universe of emotions through the eyes of a curious scientist. The second, “A diary to explore the world” is a notebook with creative and experimentation challenges with the aim to promote the discovery of the meaning and importance of emotions ⚡️
